Tutorial Wednesday – How to make your own Royal Treat

Tutorial Wednesday – How to make your own Royal Treat

Hi fellow Oddies it’s Anna Sigga here today and I am going to show you how I create one of my fave treat-bags.

What you will need is  a piece of patterned paper (I prefer double sided papers), a Scor-Pal (or other scoring tool), strong adhesive, a border punch, your fave Odd Girl stamps (I used Nouveau Girl ROYAL) and embellishments.

Cut your paper to 11″ x 6″.

Score your paper at 3″ & 8″ on the short side, and score again at 1/2″ on the longer side. Then cut  two sides of the 1/2″ scoreline as seen below. I also cut the middle piece at an angle on each side – it’s optional but i just like the way it looks.

Punch a decorative border on top of the bag using your border punch. Put adhesive on each flap and start folding one piece at a time.

Now your treat-bag is ready to be decorated.

I hope you like my little tutorial and don’t forget to share your creations! 🙂
