A BEAUTIFUL spotlight creation with lots of feeling, and Digi Release winners

WOOT!  Leah the Orange here, and it’s Friday, Odd friends!   And it has been a fun-filled week at Some Odd Girl…  We’ve had our latest digi release, The Odd Girl herself has been featured in the newest issue of Designed to Color, and Some Odd Girl is sponsoring the latest Designed to Color challenge (get in on it!  there are digis up for grabs!)…

As usual, I have been scouring the web to see your gorgeous projects here, there and everywhere.  I came across some seriously amazing stuff, and the SOGgy love just seems to keep spreading and spreading.  WE LOVE THAT!  Thank you all for your continued support of this little bidnizz our gal Kristy’s got goin’ on, and for allowing us to inspire you!

That said, I’m gonna share this beautiful collection that a Facebook friend posted on our wall.  (SEE?  All you have to do is SHARE, and we are watching!)  This SOGgy spotlight features a little collection of things our friend Aeryn created in memory of her Nana, whom she lost recently.  We know it must have been very difficult for her to put this project together, and I couldn’t help but want to send her a virtual hug in the form of today’s spotlight.  Aeryn used the most perfect images for these cards, Little Loves Tia and Little Loves Tobie, and I think the thought behind the set is absolutely beautiful.  Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Aeryn and her family for their loss, and I hope that Aeryn enjoys this little nod we’re sending to her Nana who is surely smiling down on her.  Take a look at this amazing project, folks…

Aeryn, thank you so much for sharing this with us – as someone who was very close to her Gram, I can certainly appreciate the thought put into these cards, and how heavy your heart must be feeling.  Sending you lots of love, girl.

And to wrap up the week, congratulations to the following winners for their comments left on this week’s release posts…  Ready?  🙂

Snowfall Kaylee goes to….. lis-m!

Winter Bear goes to….. Kaia!

Cuppa Mae goes to…..  Tabbatha!

Winners, congrats, and we are TOTALLY excited to see what you make with your new digis!  Please send an email to Kristy@someoddgirl.com and she’ll get you all set up with your downloads.  Thank you for your comments, and for helping spread the SOGgy love (lurrrrrve)!

Have a fantabulatious weekend, Odd friends, and don’t forget to play along with our November Sketch Challenge!  There are 3 digis and a 4″ x 6″ clear stamp set up for grabs for two lucky winners, and there’s still plenty of time!

We’ll be back Monday with something VERY different!  You’re not gonna wanna miss this!  🙂
