Say hello to our Spotlighted crafter… EMMA!

Gooooood morning Odd friends!  Leah the Orange here again, and HOOOOOOOOOOOO Nelly, we’ve made it through another fun and crazy week, and I’m sure you’re just as pleased as I am that Friday has arrived!  Welcome, weekend!  I’m so excited to see you!  😀

Today, I’m bringing back the Spotlight Feature, and I must tell you, it’s REEEEEEALLY difficult to choose my spotlights now that we have so much activity going on with Some Odd Girl!  Our Ning community is absolutely HOPPIN’ (and hey, there are special little incentives for our members, so if you haven’t joined yet, please do!) and our Facebook page always gets so many great shared projects, plus there are loads of submissions already for our February Sketch Challenge!  It’s tough being me, people!  Seriously!  (I love my job)

So today, I am sharing a beautiful little creation by one of our Ning members, and I think you’ll agree that this creafter really hit a home run with her mad stylin’!

Emma used Cheers Kaylee and blew her up all big-like, which I think was a fun idea for a bold and direct birthday card!  Kaylee‘s purple eyes are a big hit (okay, it’s spring training for my beloved baseball right now, so I apologive for the cheesy references!), the totally minimalistic layout is TOTALLY effective, and the color combo is just too much fun!  Love it, Emma!  You truly rocked my world with this card (and what a perfect image for a girlie celebration, right?!).  Congratulations on your SOGgy Spotlight – it’s well-deserved!

And that, my dear Oddies, will wrap up another fun week at Some Odd Girl!  Remember to get in your applications for our Design Team Call, and you could be the next Odd Girl!  (It’s quite a lucrative and prestigious title, you know)  See you on Monday with some more Odd adventures, and we hope to see you around the Ning!
