Teacup 3D Paper Pieced Bunny Tutorial

Hello Oddies! Tabbatha here today to show you a very cool and useful technique. In fact my Teacup 3D Paper Pieced Bunny Tutorial is perfect for all those who have wanted to try 3D Paper Piecing, but aren’t sure where to start.

There are several images available in the Some Odd Girl shop that would be perfect for 3D Paper Piecing, but for today I chose the Teacup Bunny digi stamp as my muse. The finished card is super sweet, and yet you have to view it from all angles to really get the full effect of the 3D Paper Piecing technique.

When you lay the card flat, you can clearly see how much dimension has been added with the 3D Paper Piecing Technique. Teacup Bunny just POPS off the card!

When viewing from above you can’t really tell how many solid layers are underneath, plus all the foam tape has been hidden. Make sure to watch the video to see how I accomplish this!

So…are you ready to watch the video? I tried keeping it comprehensive and still relatively short, so there are some areas that have been fast forwarded. If you have any questions make sure to leave a comment here or in the Some Odd Girl Facebook Group

We have a super active community on Facebook in the Some Odd Girl Community, so make sure you stop on by to play along with some fabulous bi-weekly challenges!
