Good morning Oddies…
You’re right on time for a photo tutorial!
It’s Nicole and I’m back today with a tutorial. I’m SOOOO excited to bring this fun, simple, and very fashionable tutorial to the Some Odd Girl blog! Let’s make Some Odd Girl jewelry!
Step 1
Gather your supplies. Some Odd Girl digital images Alice Mae & Mad Hatter Kody (I printed mine about an inch & a half, it all depends on what you want to show in the earring), coloring medium (I used Prismacolor pencils), clear glue/glaze (Glossy Accents in this case), earring backs , epoxy circles (to fit in the earring backs), scissors, glue dots.
Step 2
Color in your digital images. The images are small, so you don’t need to worry much about shading. I used Prismacolor pencils for this.
Step 3
Apply a small dot of clear glue. You can use Glossy Accents or jewelry glue (remember it needs to dry clear).
Step 4
Place the epoxy dot on top of the image and let it dry. Your dry time depends on the type of glue you use. Once dry, carefully cut around the image with a pair of scissors.
Step 5
Adhere your embellishment; I use a glue dot to adhere the embellishment with my image to the jewelry back.

DONE!
This makes a great gift for any female (I would totally rock these earrings, but I actually made them for my cousin who loves Alice in Wonderland themed things). I also made a gift bag featuring the Alice Mae digi stamp. I used a patterned glassine bag, some patterned paper, glitter washi, and a sentiment from Some Odd Girl set Everyday Smiles clear stamps.

You can use the same steps from above to create other Some Odd Girl jewelry. Check out this bottle top necklace I created using the Some Odd Girl image located on the blog.
Thanks so much for checking out my tutorial. I really hope this post inspired you to create some handcrafted jewelry. If you do make some handcrafted jewelry this month using a Some Odd Girl image don’t forget to link it to the June Linky Party located on the right sidebar of the Some Odd Girl blog!
