Happy Tuesday Oddies!! You’ve got Judy here with you today and I hope to inspire you to use your Some Odd Girl stamps for more occasions than their original purpose. I want you to get the most you can out of your stamps and have fun thinking of new ways to color them up.
What do you think of when you see little Meadow Tia? I think of how cute she would be for the different holidays and how she could be colored up as young princesses. It’s as easy as changing the color of her outfit. For #1 I have her in sunny colors that can be used for any type of card. In #2 I have colored her clothes to look like Cinderella’s cleaning outfit. Now she looks like a little girl version of the princess. I also thought she would be such a cute little witchy, so #3 has her in Halloween colors….complete with a pet crow.
How about taking a clear stamp like Birthday Mae and coloring her up in red, white and blue for something like the Fourth of July? Or use red and green (like I did below) for a Christmas look. Perfect for anyone that has a birthday in the middle of the Holiday Season.
Royal is another Some Odd Girl stamp that can be colored up to fit any occasion or theme. She would be so fun with dark hair and an orange dress for a Halloween card. I like to color this stamp like fairy tale princesses. Here I have Royal colored up like Snow White. Can’t you just see her on a Disney vacation scrapbook layout or princess party invitation?!?
