No coloring required! Inspiration from Judy!

Hello Oddies! You’ve got Judy here with you today. I want to show you a few ways to use your Some Odd Girl stamps WITHOUT coloring the images.  That’s right, no alcohol markers or colored pencils will be used in this post.  These ideas are perfect for our Oddies who aren’t quite comfortable with coloring images or don’t have a collection of markers and pens yet.

You can skip the markers altogether and still have color when you use the paper piecing technique.  I also added a little heat embossing on the chocolate chips and mouths.  The Cookies n Milk clear set is an easy one to work with when you need to fussy cut.  I stamped the images onto the white paper, then added the paper pieces on top of that so I didn’t have to cut the tiny hands and feet.

A lot of stampers don’t have markers, but they probably have a several ink pads.  Try using multiple colors of inks together for a fun card.  The School Supplies and Artist Mae clear sets are great for multi ink color projects.

Some Odd Girl images look fab with or without color, so another option is to just stamp and go.  Don’t use any color at all.  I made a 4×6  “Project Life” type journal card using Hey Kaylee and Make A Statement clear sets.  You could write in black ink for a complete black and white layout….or add a pop of color by journaling with a bright colored pen.
