Happy Monday everyone!
Kristy here today with a fun tutorial that won’t take up a ton of your time but adds some bling to your cards. Foiling has become a big trend in scrapbooking recently with all the fun machines and foil products, but you know what we digi stamp users have above all the scrapbookers?
We already have most of the supplies on hand!
A lot of us already print our digis with a laser printer, a lot of crafters in general have a laminator about, even if it’s for less creative tasks, all we’re missing is the foil.
Last week we debuted a new digi stamp, Amazon Mae, and the card I made had her foiled on it.
I ended up getting a lot of questions on how she got so dang shiny, so for Movie Monday this week I’m going to show you just how easy it is to be able to use your digi stamps in yet another way.
I swear the hardest part is the waiting for the laminator to warm up; I underestimate that every time lol.
This is a great technique to use with our Digi Stamps, Sentiments and even the black shapes from the Cut Files, heck, you could even print, foil then cut! Its all up to you and your creativity on where you take it.
Give it a whirl! Show us what you do and share with us on Instagram (#SomeOddGirl) and in our Facebook community HERE! There happens to be a big party going on all month… Annnnnd (P.S. – Leah here, being sneaky now…) a special certain something going on TODAY ONLY!! 🙂
