Hey Oddies! Welcome to January’s Digi Recap! We are going to go over, all in one spot, the new digis that came out this month for anyone who might have missed one. The Odd Girls have done a fabulous job in bringing us some inspiration on what you can do with some of these tricky images I threw at them this month. Believe me, in putting a theme for a card together on some of these might be a head scratcher.

First up this month is a new image is a play on a classic story, but with a little twist. Can you recognize the story Ally Tia could be found in?

I bet you smart people know what story I’m talkin about already.

Well direct your smarts and creativity to our second new digi. You’d better not give this Tia trouble, she ain’t taking none of your crap and looking so cute while doing it. Meet and greet with Viking Tia!

Tia has had her turn in the spotlight so we are switching it up and giving our lil man Tobie a chance. This image started out with a very different idea in mind but after getting so far in, Tobie took a turn into the jungle and came out with a fuzzy friend that I’m sure he’d like you to meet. Get your coloring on with Kitty Back Ride Tobie!

I’m especially diggin how Tobie came out of the wilderness with a few different felines in the Odd Girls’ creations.

Well there we have it! I shoot for a new one a week so I was a little short but I know February will bring us some lovely stuff (lovely… love… get it? heh). Before you go though I want to personally invite you to come and join us for our next special 12 days of Coloring Challenge! Melissa is heading it up in our Facebook Community and will have all the details there. You don’t need anything special except some Odd images to color. See ya there!

Hello oddies!!!  In Northern California we suffered from terrible wildfires in October.  During that time my family and I were evacuated, which meant all four of us, plus a dog, and two cats.  I realized when we were frantically packing the cars that I had been keeping my pets medical records in a couple envelopes in more than one location.  I decided that I would repurpose a portfolio that I had to hold all the papers in one place.  I knew right away that I wanted to use Fluffy from the Tia and Fluffy image for my cover.

The image is printed onto cardstock and colored with copics.  It is adhered to the cover front using wet glue.  Now if I need to grab our records in a hurry they are all together….although the dog would like her own image on the front…so next I’ll be coloring the Spring Pup image to balance our the cover….

Happy crafting…Lynda
