Hello, Oddies! Kristy here with you doing one of my duties that I feel honored to do, introduce our Design Team!

Before I get started I want to thank profusely everyone who applied. Know that while introducing the new designers is a great thing to do, going through all the applications to choose is not my favorite thing. There’s always more no’s than yes’s and I really wish I could say yes to everyone, as stereotypical as that sounds, there’s so much talent in the apps and so few spots to be had. Thank you again, everyone, I appreciate the support and love that comes with the process, its humbling and motivating.

Now, before I need to go get a tissue let’s get this party started!

I have 6 new faces to share with you and 6 faces you’ll know but are still worthy of shouting to the rooftops. First I’m going to share our returning Odd Girls…

Rose Andrew

Cristina Valenzuela

Patti Okerstrom

Christa Mulder

Martine Bruinings

Melissa Oeters

I love these Girls!

Next up is 6 newbies that are joining the team that I know you’ll love too. Read a little bit about them, say hi, and give a big congrats to these talented designers…

Yani Ramos

From My Art Lab

Hi all! I’m Yani… a stamper, cardmaker, scrapbooker, photographer, fashion lover, technology geek, and a dreamer. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and a couple of years ago I decided to move to the sunshine state of Florida with my husband and my two sons, where I work as a Tax Specialist at an accounting firm. I love anything crafty and I’m always looking for new ideas and outlets to unleash my creativity. That’s one of the many reasons why I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing team, as it will give me the opportunity to share my craftiness with others around the world and also with the help of a bunch of creatives like the Some Odd Girl people.

Quite a team, am I right?

I’m really looking forward to the coming term and seeing what this team can do with the new digis that will be coming out as well as the other stuff I have up my sleeve.

If you want to see all of the new and returning team’s social media to follow, you can check out our Designers page for all those links.

In the meantime, stop over to our Facebook Community and say hello to everyone! The June challenge is up and waiting for your fuzzy (or not so fuzzy) friends to grace your papers.
