Good morning and WELCOME, crafty friends!  We’re so glad you’re here!  This is an event that’s been in the making for quite a while, and we are absolutely THRILLED to share a ton of inspiration now through Friday, with our Odd Girls’ projects featuring Some Odd Girl Stamps and ARC Crafts wood products!

Some Odd Girl and ARC Crafts Inspiration Week

When we met ARC Crafts at CHA in January, we were very excited to partner up to bring you an entire WEEK of inspiration from ARC and the Odd Girls, and we think you’re going to love what’s in store.

Some Odd Girl‘s clear and digi stamps work WONDERFULLY with ARC Crafts’ wood tapes and adhesive wood papers, and we have it on good authority that our cut files go through their materials LIKE BUTTAH using electronic and manual die-cutting machines.  Punches work great, and the wood takes inks and mists beautifully!  Over the next five days, we’re going to show you exactly what we’re talking about, and we sincerely hope you’re as inspired as we all are!

Our Digi Team got to play with wood tapes and adhesive wood papers in Birch, Rustic Birch, Cherry and Rustic Cherry from our awesome partners.  AMAZING products, and we LOVED working with them!  Check out the Some Odd Girl blog all week to see what the Odd Girls made, and visit the ARC Crafts blog to see what their designer, Charlet, created using their products and a selection of Some Odd Girl clear and digi stamps and cut files!

Today, some pretties from Brianna, Dana and Alexis, to show you how well we play together…

Brianna created this gorgeous layery scalloped project using our Autumn Mae digi stamp, a sentiment from our Fall Friends clear stamp set and tons of punched circles from ARC Crafts tape and paper:

Dana created this crazy cute card with the frog from our Princess Tia clear stamp set, some punched Rustic Birch hearts and strips of wood tapes from ARC Crafts:

Alexis wowed us with this one!  She combined our Curly Kaylee digi stamp with the sentiment from our Hipster Mae clear stamp set, and here’s what she had to say:

Today I’m showing a project I did getting to play with some ARC Crafts papers and a bit of Some Odd Girl Pink Bamboo Twine from the Odds & Ends. I’ve never used these products before, and now I can’t wait to get more!

Oh, let me count the ways that I love these ARC products!
1. The wood tape tears as easily as Washi Tape. It’s awesome
2. It colors like a dream using spray or Distress Inks
3. It cuts like butter on my Zing
4. It’s super easy to layer it up

 This stuff is seriously awesome.

What did I tell you?  AMAZING stuff, this ARC Crafts wood!  We are loving it, and we want to give some away!  You’re gonna love it, too.  Truly.

Keep visiting our site all week, and check out the ARC Crafts blog, and you’ll see what we’ve all done to showcase our products together.  Leave comments on both blogs and tell us what you think, and we’ll have announcements to make next week!  One lucky commenter will win $20 to spend at the Some Odd Girl store, and two other commenters will each win an awesome ARC Crafts prize pack, consisting of one 12″x24″ adhesive roll and one roll of wood tape (both winner’s choice!) so keep watching, share your thoughts, and have a great week!
