*Waves madly*

Hello Odd friends! Leah here with you and I just have to say I can’t believe I am back here in ODD-land, it’s as if I’m Alice when she fell down the rabbit hole! I’m so excited to be here with you all! Ok, now, on to share one of my favorite Mae images, Coffee lover Mae!!

I colored this beauty with Prisma color pencils. I’m still relatively new to this medium, but I will be pushing myself to achieve better results using the colored pencils on digital stamps this year.

As I was assembling my card, I noticed I was really low on foam dots, so I grabbed a piece of cardboard from a shipping box and attached it to the back of my colored image. Easy peasy! Although, I still need to run to the craft store for foam dots. 🙂

If you didn’t know, I absolutely LOVE coffee. It is total comfort to me to sip on a piping hot coffee and color or watch tv. I created my card with my cameo. It came together very quickly, as I like the idea of Coffee Lover Mae being the focal point on the card.

The inside is just a simple pattern paper with some stitching and distress ink.

Hello Oddies!  It’s Melissa here today to remind you that Valentine’s Day is around the corner and you don’t need a traditional Valentine’s Day image to create a Valentine’s Day card.  There are so many perfect images at the Some Odd Girl shop that easily could be used for a ‘love’ card.

I decided to use oldie, but goodie, digi Buzzy Bee.  There is no reason we can’t have two Buzzy Bees in love, right?  I copied the digi and then flipped the copy vertically to create these little love bees.  I think they turned into a very sweet little couple.

All the ODD girls are anxious to see what type of Valentine’s Day creations you can come up with without using a traditional Valentine’s Day image.  Be sure to share with us in the community, we love to see what you are being ODD with.
