Hey ODD lovers, Melissa here today to share some boy birthday inspiration with you.  It seems I don’t always have an easy time creating cards for boys so I challenged myself.  Once I got started my “boy creative block” vanished, and I had so much fun.

This card features Astro Tobie digi image and the sentiment is from the stamp set Big Wishes Mae.

It’s Anna Sigga with you today and I have a quick card tutorial for you today.

What you need: card-stock, 2 pieces of patterned papers, Sweet Mae digi stamp, a gold doily, sequins, coloring medium, flowers, ink & adhesive.

Cut the card-stock to 5,5×8,5 inches and score at 4 2/4 inches. Cut two pieces of patterned papers – one paper cut at 4 1/8 x 5 1/8 and the other one cut at 3 3/4 x 5. Ink the edges and adhere them to the card-base.

Adhere the gold doily to the center and fuzzy cut the digi stamp and adhere using foam adhesive.

Start adding your choice of die-cuts  on two opposite corner of the stamped image. Start by adding the larger images down first and then add the bulkier embellishments.

When you are happy with your choice of embellishments add your sentiment at the bottom using foam adhesive.

We would love to see your Odd creations over at our Community Page and don’t forget to use #SOMEODDGIRL.
