Hey there, Odd friends!  Hope you’ve had as awesome a week as we have at Some Odd Girl – our new Sunshine Sorbet release is getting a lot of love, so we thank you for the support and hope you love it!  Those of you who have placed orders, we can’t wait for you to SHOW US WHATCHA MAKE!

The reveals are all done for this week, so today, I’ve got our Friday Spotlight (from our Linky Party) and our Pin of the Week to share with you!  Congrats to these awesome Oddies for their fab projects and thanks for sharing!

First, our Spotlight!  Remember, any projects you create during the month can be shared in our Linky Party in the right sidebar – we see LOTS of stuff shared in our Facebook group, but we encourage you to share it HERE, too!  Our Spotlighted crafter wins a free digi from the shop.  So who’s being spotlighted this week?

This fun card featuring the sassy Cowgirl Mae digi stamp TOTALLY caught my eye, and I love all of the elements she combined to give it a southern feel.  And would you look at those glossy lips?!  Check it out!

Congrats, Krystal!  Send me an email at leah@someoddgirl.com and I’ll reply with your digi code for your free image!

Next, our Pin of the Week, coming from the Oddies’ Project Board on Pinterest – we LOVE seeing what gets pinned over there, and it’s fun to see some new names and faces popping up from time to time!  I am proud to share this week’s Pin (PotW) and I hope they will wear their badge with pride!

Congratulations, Mari!

I am LOVING the bright and bold color scheme used on this card, and hey, who wouldn’t want to be at this pajama party?  Our Pajama King Tobie digi stamp looks fabulous colored up to match these fun papers!  I hope I’m invited to the party – I’ll bring the scary movies!  🙂  Thanks for pinning, Mari!

And that’s our week, folks!  There’s still PLENTY of time to add your projects to the Linky Party (you might see your creation up here this time next week!), and there’s a RIBBON challenge for our Trash Your Stash feature in the Facebook group.  Join us!  Have a wonderfully ODD weekend!

Happy Friday Oddies!  It’s Melissa, and I’m thrilled to be able to give you the final sneaky peek of the week showing off the NEW 6×6 Some Odd Girl paper pad collection, SUNSHINE SORBET!

Let me tell you a little tidbit…the quality of this paper is truly boss – ultra thick with a touch of glossiness.  Plus, those trendy patterns speak for themselves!   Also, let’s not forget the NEW wood embellishes, which can be left plain or colored, and there are NEW sequins too.

Get yourself primed for some shopping at Some Odd Girl next week and be sure to stock up your cart with the latest goodies.

I used the Shopping Piper digi stamp above and the sentiment is from the Hipster Mae clear stamp set.  All papers used are from the new Sunshine Sorbet pad, and I also used some of the new wood embellishments – all available next week.

Don’t forget that the September Linky Party is in full swing on the blog, and we want you to link up your SOG craftiness in the right sidebar!  You can also show off your Some Odd Girl projects with us on Pinterest and Instagram.  Don’t be shy!

Before we go, we’d also like to congratulate our awesome Pin of the Week for this super cute, summery birthday card featuring our Big Pressie Tia digi stamp…  Love this card from Denielle!

Hope to see you tomorrow in our Facebook group!  Happy crafting, Oddies!

Hey there, Oddies!  It’s a long weekend here in the U.S. but don’t worry, we aren’t taking Monday off!  As promised, we have some SERIOUS sneaks for you, and we’ve been itching to share them, so we’re just as excited as you are!

Leah here, and today, I’ve got a super gorgeous Pin of The Week and Spotlight to share as we kick off the weekend.

Remember, EVERY project you create using Some Odd Girl stamps (clear or digi!) can be linked up in our right sidebar anytime during the month, and if you’re spotlighted, you win a free digi of your choice from the Some Odd Girl store!  Our Pin of The Week gets a little extra publicity, plus a badge to display on your blog if you so choose.

Ready for some fab inspiration?  Let’s get to it!

First up, here’s our spotlight, a beautiful monochromatic creation from Kim, featuring our 1920s Gwen digi stamp and a LOT of gorgeous turquoise…  The distressed background papers TRULY make this feel like a period creation!  Check out these fun cuts, too!

Kim, thank you so much for linking up in our Linky Party!  Your spotlight has earned you a free digi from the shop – just send me an email at Leah@someoddgirl.com and I have a code for you!

Next up, another something lovely that speaks to me for obvious reasons, that was shared on our Oddies’ Pin Board by Lisa, using our Lazy Day Kaylee digi stamp – just LOOK at all that ORANGE!  Congrats to our Pin of The Week!

I just LOVE her style of coloring and all the warmth that oozes from this card!  The distressing is just right, the bold black alphas make that sentiment pop right off the card, and I especially love how Kaylee takes center stage, filling up nearly the entire card!  Gorgeous, Lisa!  Thank you for pinning!

And that’s what Fridays are all about!  Have a WONDERFUL weekend (and to those who get to enjoy a long weekend, make it fabulous!), and we’ll be back Monday to start some big, big fun!

Oh, and if you’re waiting for a response regarding an order or something customer service-related, The Odd Family will be returning from their vacation soon and you should get a response early next week.  We wish them safe travels!
