Hello! Did you know that Some Odd Girl is releasing images almost every week now? One of the new images is Coffee Lover Mae.  Today I’d like to share a Christmas card I made with her.

With a few small adjustments this image will look immediately like a Christmas card. Not only did I use Christmas colors, but I also gave the mug a snowflake. Next to that I used a matching Christmas wish. It’s super nice to stretch your stamps with easy tricks like these.

Which tricks do you use to stretch your stamps? Let us know in a message below!

Hi all – it’s Anna Sigga here with more Christmas craftiness and it’s all about those quick and easy tags that we all need lots of this Holiday season.

To create these tags you need kraft tags, white cardstock, stamps, Watermark ink, embossing powder, watercolors, water, scissors, foam adhesive, adhesive and twine. I used the Angel Gwen stamp set which is retired, but you can find many beautiful Holiday themed stamps here.

Stamp your image onto the white cardstock, heat emboss and then cut it out using your scissors. Then you color the image with your choice of watercolors and clean off the excess.

The I used the same color of watercolor to add splatters of color to the stamped tags.

Next I adhered gold foil doilies to the tags for a bit of bling. Glue the image using foam tape to give it more dimension and place it near the bottom of the tag.

Now all you need to add is the twine and some pearls.

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to use #SOMEODDGIRL so we can easy admire your ODD creations.
