Hey Odd addicted! =) Sadia writing today…here is my latest shaker card, and my short easy tuto.. so if you’d like to make it with me let’s go! 😉
First of all you cut the white bazzil I used the printed image to decide the size, and I cut 4 3/8 x 5 ¾ and made the windows in the middle, using the “la coppia creativa” die (use a little piece of washi tape to fix it, if like me you do not have the magnetic boards).
Then print and cut the sentiment, I printed the sentiment on vellum, it’s a Silhouette file, you can print it with a home printer, and cut it just a little bit smaller then the white frame you made, and cut a soft pattern fantasy paper, to make the background. Do the same with the 3D foam, same size as the sentiment sheet (4 ¼ x 5 ½ ), and make the same windows in the middle as the first white frame.
Adhere now the white frame and the vellum, and add the 3D foam. As the glue is dry, turn it around and put the sequins and embellishment you wish to use in the space you have. Apply glue on the 3D foam, and cover it with the pattern paper. Leti t dry before to turn, and adhere to a little bigger piece of bazzil, the hot pink one, I made it 4 ½ x 5 7/8, and glue it on the folded white bazzil, (9 5/8 x 6 1/8 , score at 4 ¾ ), and the card is made! =)
I colored Balloon Tia Digi with copic… and glued it on the frame…
hope you like it! =) I Love shaker card, they are always so nice and special to give, with all the bright and sparkling movements of the sequins… and using the 3D foam to make the make the all stuff much more easier!!
That’s that today, thanks a lot for passing by, have a lovely day, and see you soon back here with more dd projects! 😉
