Hello Oddies!

I hope you doing fantastic this tuesday! Today I’ve created with one of last month new releases, namly the Cactus Man. Have you become acquainted with the Cactus Man yet? He is so fun to play around with and I could have been in front of my computer for hours just changing his appearance. So I have several Cactus Men ready to do projects with.

So for this Cactus man I created a dessert  in my art journal. Besides coloring I just love to play around with paint and mediums and just create messes.

So a messy background, a funny Cactus Man and som thread and stickers is all you need to create a landscape. Let’s play and have fun! / Hugs Susanne

Hello there!
It’s March, can you believe it? Time flies so fast! First spring month, spring is my most favorite season. 😀

I thought I would share this card with you today using

Sweet Mae Digi Stamp

I colored her up in the December 12 day coloring challenge at the Some Odd Girl Community and now it’s time to show her up <3

I had a hard time figure out a layout for her. But I went into Some Odd Girl Pinterest board and found a beautiful card so I lifted it 😀 I seem not to find it but the boards at Some Odd Girls Pinterest page are awesome, so much inspiration! Go check it out <3

I used Copics to color her

Hair: B32 BV00 YR00 R32-59
Skin: E31-11-13-15, R32-22
Eyes: YG03 B95-97-99
Sweater: BG10-13-15-49

Have a great day and I see you around in the Some Odd Girl Community at Facebook

Watercolor bookmark

Hi!
There’s something special with galaxy painting. So variety of colors, darkness, light, sparkle and shine. I’ve done a lot of galaxy colorings using my copics, but now I love to make galaxy using my new addiction watercolors. Especially this set from Prima called Tropical.

The idea for this bookmark did I get when I finished watching the Harry Potter movies (for the one billion time ;P).
The lead word for the last movie is ‘Always’ and not to say too much (for you not seeing the movie) one Patronus (a spell) takes the form of a doe. And the color of a patronus is light blue and the triangle shape is the ‘Deathly Hallows’ which is what the last Harry Potter book and movie is called.

I used
Sweet Deer

I printed it out very light on Ranger watercolor paper. And painted over the horns.
I started to color the background galaxy like and then the deer in a light blue.

I added some white gesso, gelpen and some silver stickles.
