Today I wanted to share a fun mix media project I made for my Nephew, Magnus.
If you went to our facebook challenge for October I created a little door hanger for my Niece, Sofia, using the Nerdy Birdy, I had so much fun making this door hanger that I thought these would make adorable Halloween presents!
So I hopped into the store to grab T-Rex Digi, which was perfect, as Magnus loves dinosaurs (or at least he loves to roar like one!) and I coloured him up using Copics. I then made the door hanger using a lightweight chipboard covered in Heidi swapp papers and these cute fabric letters I got a long time ago that matched really well to the paper I used. I then added cardstock to the back of it to cover up the chipboard and it was done.
I really enjoyed colouring up T-Rex and decided he needed just a little bit of something, so after I added him to my project, I added little dimensional dots using liquid pearls!
Now to surprise them on Halloween with these fun door hangers!
Thanks as always for looking, I hope this inspires you to make something fun for a little one!
