October Review: BOOOOOO!

Welcome to our October Release Review!

If you haven’t joined us in previous months, or are new to our Odd Family, we use this time to give you the low down on everything that has been released over the course of the month so you don’t miss a thing. This month is slightly different though. I went overboard on images, which the Girls have been hard at work with, so I broke the Review into a 2-day affair. There’s a ton of awesome projects and I wanted to get the most in I could without being overwhelming. That means come back tomorrow to see the second half and enter to win… more on that later.

Just like in September, I went way over my self imposed quota of at least 1 new image a week and doubled that so for Day 1 of the recap I am keeping it spooky with 4 new images.

First up we’ve got the confidently and demonically enchanting, Devil Dakota…

Rose

Martine

Quick FYI, you want to get her tattooed on yourself, go for it. The only requirement is you send me pics 🙂

This next lil fella, though perfect for our upcoming holiday, is also great for those over the hill cards. Check out the not so grim examples of the Mini Grim Reaper digi Stamp…

Christa

Rose

The last project from Rose takes up right into our next image, isn’t her project so awesome?

The next lil dude is called simply, Pumpkin. He could be strolling onto your next fall project on his viney legs…

Susanne

Christa

Regan

He could be stollin, or he could be chillin in the Autumn breeze, its up to you.

Lastly, for our spooky day 1 is a total legend. Normally he’s HUGE, big enough to take down ships, menacing the masses by looming over them from the sea, but for us, we have a cute little version, check out the Mini Cthulhu digi stamp…

I don’t think you can call our guy scary, maybe scawee, and not spooky but spoopy. I’m pretty in love with him if you can’t tell.

If you can’t wait for the rest of our review, remember you can hop over to the New section of the shop and see everything in one delicious mob.

We’re going to repeat the fun we had at our last review and have a giveaway and pick 2 winners. One person will get ALL the new Digis Stamps from Part 1, today, and the second person will get ALL the digis from Part 2.

To enter, comment below with which of today’s digis are your favorite and why.

You can enter from now thru November 2nd. I’ll be announcing the winner by updating this post as well as on our Facebook page, make sure you keep an eye out for your name.

Stay Spoopy!

2018-10-26

Hey, Oddies! Kristy back with you for our last challenge for ODDtober Fest. I’m closing it out with something I think you’ll find easy to handle.

Before I get into that though, make sure you are entering in all the challenges this month by November 2nd for your chance to win not only the prize for each challenge but we’ll also be having a  Grand Prize chosen from all the entries. You can read all the details on that at the bottom of this and each challenge post.

Now let’s get to the challenge!

If you haven’t guessed from the title of the post, I want to see Black and White colored images. With all the old time monster movies being in black and white, it just seems perfect for this time of the year in spooksville.

check out Cristina doing a great job with the black and white coloring of the Mini Grim Reaper:

She even took it a step further with an all black and white project, great choice! You don’t have to, heck, your entry could just be your awesome coloring, but feel free to go ham if you want to.

Now let us get to those entry details…

Entry Details

To enter you can leave a link in the comments here OR add your project to the album for this challenge in our community, both ways will get you entered.

You can enter now thru November 2nd, winners will be announced on November 5th. Why so long? Well, there’s a special reason for that. Like I mentioned Monday, each Friday in October we will have a new challenge/activity for you to take part in, all of which will have the same due date of Nov 2nd. Every entry into these challenges will give you a chance to win their prize but will also be an entry into the ODDtober Fest Grand Prize Jackpot! So if you count that up its a total of 5 winners.

Prizes

The individual challenge winners will get $15 coupon code to our shop.

The Grand Prize Jackpot winner will depend on how many overall entries we get.
Base amount: $20
10+ entries into each challenge: $25
20+ entries into each challenge: $30
etc etc etc

Conclusion

It pays to play and to get your crafty friends to play too. If they’ve never joined us before or are just a complete newb to Some Odd Girl or digital stamps in general, direct them over to our FREE Getting Started with Digital Stamps ebook. It has all the info and comes with a free image.

If you missed last week’s low down on our ODDtober Festivities, make sure to read that post and follow the recommendations there so you don’t miss out on ANYTHING, I’m packing October FULL.

Stay Odd!
